New Construction
Hybrid Fee Based Per Project
We provide full interior design services for new builds, working closely with your builder and architect to develop cohesive plans for space planning, interior and exterior finish selections, millwork, lighting, and more. To begin a project, we require a non-refundable minimum design retainer of $2,500, which is applied to the final design fee. This secures your spot in our schedule and covers initial planning.
Renovations
HOURLY RATE
We help reimagine existing homes through layout improvements, finish updates, and full-home redesigns. Our renovation work is billed hourly to accommodate the variable scope of remodels.
